It seems to happen all at once. Your team is hard at work on a high-priority objective with well-defined milestones and KPIs. Out of nowhere, you get a request from a leader who wants to know, “What have you done lately?” Well, we’ve done… a lot! What makes it so hard to explain what your team has achieved? Why is it such a challenge to give an update on your team’s accomplishments? Shouldn’t this be simpler? What’s going on here?
